Voucher rules

How gift vouchers work

  1. Purchase. Once your payment is received, you get a unique voucher code at the email address you provided.
  2. Personalisation. When buying, you can add wishes or a short message. If you leave it empty, we add a short message for you.
  3. Printable card. Together with the code you receive a voucher card as a PDF, ready to print or give as a present.
  4. How to use it. The voucher is used when booking a workshop, by entering the code in the voucher field. Its value is deducted from the booking price automatically.
  5. Single use. Each voucher can be used only once. After that the code is no longer valid.
  6. Value. The voucher is worth the amount chosen at purchase (e.g. 99 zł, 198 zł, 297 zł). If the workshop costs more, the difference is paid when booking.
  7. No change given. Any unused part of the voucher’s value is not refunded or exchanged for cash.
  8. Validity. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  9. Lost code. If you lose the email with the code, contact us – we will help you recover it using the purchase details.
  10. No cash exchange. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money.
  11. Responsibility for the code. The voucher works as a code – whoever holds it can use it. We recommend not sharing it with others before it is used.
  12. Workshop cancelled by the organiser. If the organiser cancels a workshop, the voucher stays active and can be used on another date.
  13. Date change by the organiser. The organiser may cancel a workshop up to 24 hours before it starts. Participants are informed by email and asked to choose a new, convenient date.
