Terms of use for gift vouchers 1) Purchase of a voucher After purchasing the gift voucher and confirming the payment, you will receive a unique voucher code at the provided email address . 2) Personalization of the Voucher When making the payment, you can enter wishes or a short message. If nothing is entered, a message will be generated automatically on the card ( e.g., Thank you for being, Scented Fun, etc. ). 3) Sending the graphic version Within a maximum of 12 hours from the purchase , you will additionally receive an aesthetic voucher card in PDF format , ready for printing or giving as a gift. 4) How to use it The voucher must be used when booking workshops by entering its code in the appropriate field. The value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from the booking price. 5) One-time use Each voucher can be used only once . After use, the code becomes invalid. 6) Value of the voucher The voucher is valid for the amount indicated at the time of purchase (e.g., 80 PLN, 160 PLN, 240 PLN). If the service value exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid. 7) No change given If the full value of the voucher is not used, the remaining amount is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. . 8) Validity of the voucher The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 9) Loss of code In case of losing the message with the voucher code, contact us — we will help you recover it (based on purchase data). 10) No cash exchange The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 11) Responsibility for the code The voucher operates on a code basis — its holder can use it. We recommend not sharing the code with third parties before use. 12) Cancellation of booking by the organizer In the event of the workshop being canceled by the organizer, the voucher remains active and can be used at another date. 13) Change of date by the organizer The organizer reserves the right to cancel workshops no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date. Participants will be informed by email and asked to set a new, convenient date for the workshops.
