Regulations of the Scented Candle Workshops
Organizer
The organizer of the workshops is Sebsatian Rivera Studio / Inkandelas Candle Bar located at 2/4 Krzywe Koło Street, 00-270 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
Scope of the Workshops
The workshops involve creating your own scented candles using available materials, fragrances, and decorations or other handmade decorations under the supervision of the instructor.
Participants and Age
The workshops are intended for participants aged 10 and above.
Individuals under the age of 18 may only participate in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Children up to 12 years old must be directly supervised by a parent/guardian throughout the workshops.
Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their children during the workshops.
The Organizer is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by participants' failure to adhere to safety rules.
Reservations and Payments
Reservation of a spot is made via an online form or by phone.
The spot is confirmed after payment is made or availability is confirmed for the workshop date.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event, the payment is non-refundable.
Safety and Hygiene
Participants are required to follow the health and safety rules provided by the workshop instructor.
Touching hot wax or heating devices without the instructor's guidance is prohibited.
The Organizer provides protective equipment and tools necessary for safe work.
Materials and Ownership
All materials used during the workshops remain the property of the Organizer until the end of the workshops.
Participants may take home the candles they created after the workshops.
Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshops in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
The regulations apply to all workshop participants from the moment of reservation.
Any disputes arising from participation in the workshops will be resolved in accordance with the law applicable in the Republic of Poland.
